Retailers suffer with housing marker still in decline
It has been reported that sales have dropped for the home furniture and retail giant, Ikea. The drop has been blamed on the fact that no one is buying property and moving so there is no need to spend on furnishings. Other retailers have also suffered as the result of the decrease in house sales and the number of first time buyers drops.
With homebuyers being scarce this has meant that anyone wishing to sell their property and who have the need to make a quick sale may be waiting a long time.
While there is nothing one can do about the housing market, anyone wishing to sell right now, may want to look into selling with a company online who act as the home buyer and who may take your property off your hands in a matter of weeks from you first applying.
If both parties are happy to go ahead then this is one way of gaining a guaranteed sale of your property and taking away any uncertainty. However, you do have to weigh up that in order to gain a sale you sell for under the asking price, but there are no fees to pay for solicitors or estate agents. Of course, if you were to sell on the market there is no guarantee of selling at the true value of your property, so bear this in mind too, before judging.
