Avoiding the housing stalemate
The housing market has reached a stalemate. Those with property to sell may lose out at the home prices have dropped and those who wish to get onto the property ladder do not have the money to do so or they do not want to take the risk. Few people are selling and no one is buying, its a lose-lose situation.
For those who want a quick house sale, such as those divorcing, who have inherited property or who have the opportunity to start over again in another country, are stuck with their property.
However, they may be able to sell and sell within a couple of weeks if they choose to look for a company offering quick sales for cash. In some cases, it is possible to sell within a couple of weeks or maybe even sooner. Generally, when selling this way there are no fees to payout as the company takes over your legal costs which of course means this does not have to come out of your pocket. This needs to be weighed up with the fact that usually you are not offered the full value of your home. However, with the market as it is, you may not get what your home is worth if you were to manage to sell.
